Question 1

What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 24 hours before the booking starts for a 100% refund with no cancellation or processing fees. For later guest cancellations, the first 24-hour rental period and its matching service fee and GST share are non-refundable; the remaining rental, service fee and GST share are refunded using saved booking amounts. Host cancellations receive a 100% refund. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

Question 2

Is Aplus Service Pty Ltd liable for damage or loss during parking or storage?

Accepted Answer

ParkingShare Australia, operated by Aplus Service Pty Ltd, is a peer-to-peer marketplace only, not an insurer or property manager. The platform provides no insurance for damage, theft, personal injury or property loss. Guests and hosts are responsible for arranging their own vehicle, property and liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Question 3

What promotions are available?

Accepted Answer

30-day free start: New accounts (guests and hosts) pay 0% service fee for the first 30 days from account creation. Host Early Bird (first 100 hosts): The first 100 hosts to receive their first confirmed booking get 6 months of 0% host fees (guest fees still apply). Referrals add 30 days to both hosts after the referred friend's first listing is approved. After that, each side pays an 8% service fee on the booking price plus 10% GST on that fee.
