Cancel at least 24 hours before the booking starts for a 100% refund with no cancellation or processing fees. For later guest cancellations, only the first 24-hour rental period is non-refundable; the remaining balance is refunded. Host cancellations receive a 100% refund. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.
